Don't know about "smart"? If you buy NEOO you are effectively paying 7.5c for a share that is trading at 4.2c. A hefty 78% premium.
I know people are saying "What about the leverage?"
Sure, but less than 12 months to run so time premium is decaying and the NEOO's are only "value" if the heads run to 10c and beyond still a big ask unless there are massive commercial quantities of gas.
I would say the "smart" money would be buying NEO before NEOO. Of course, the real smarts bought NEOO at less than 1c.
