getting prepared for a nuclear winter ..

1... 200 cans of canned (obviously cans) herring @ 99c/can

2... about 50 cans of la-gina bake beans

3... probably another few dozen cans of heinz bake beans - (a good clearance special from aldi ..

4... plenty of cans of soup

5... plenty of jars of out of code sauces ..

6... plenty of packets of carrot seeds (in ww2, there were no rations imposed on carrots - because they were easy to grow .. and plenty of them) ..

7... two dozen breeding female guinea pigs and two males ... (guinea pigs = fast way to get some meat) ..

8... two dozen chooks - and you guessed it - but also two roosters ..

9... woops .. almost forgot - but the fridge/freezer is full of rtc meat etc etc ..

10.. which reminds watso - he better stock up on grape juice
