Yes agree that there is a lot of potential here with the land they have and also a leftfield possibility of a takeover or just a decent cash flow from old operations starting again by the end of the year... But it was a safer buy at 5.4c a few weeks back!
Hope you do well but this to me is a LONG TERM HOLD, not a trade zzz! Lol...
