With the US Bond market about to be slaughtered, the HUI (Amex Gold Bugs Index) is marking out a technical triangle formation as are all major gold stocks (no coincidence there!) including LGL and AVO. It is also no coincidence that a dumping of US treasuries will coincide with a stampede into PM physical EFT's and stocks. This downturn in the treasuries is appearing to coincide with the apex of the triangle in sp's and the HUI, again no great surprise. It seems both technical and fundamentals are positioned for a substantial rise in the HUI, gold mining stocks and EFT's. Hence,IMO, AVO should see a breakout on heavy volume very soon. Unfortunately, I'm out of bullets to accumulate any more at these low prices. A$1.88 what a gift!
