Just look at the RIO and ERA Ranger mine scenario, the Don Dale detention center, the NT Government Under the Abusive Labor Party (ALP) is above the law in Australia and has had the windfall tax proposal for ages even before their pending insolvency and before RIO got some capital behind it like it has of late,
Poor RIO, I am not advocating it but I think it is for some years of hard labor unless somehow the Territory Government is sacked for financial incompetence.
