Closely held - hmmm, not sure about that when the chart indicates a few days of 10mill + volume in the past few months. Only 29% of the shares held by top 20, and half of that is Sala's. Lumacom being taken over is a definite possibility - but the big companies will wait for Lumacom and its shareholders to self destruct and panic before they take the carcass and resurrect the company.
I wonder if negotiations are currently progressing with Joint Venture partners in other countries and negotiations for more signs. Lumacom can't really afford to wait for Turkey and 4TS any longer - time to move on and put more signs up.
