    Hey guys, I've done my research & I've concluded that SSN is an oil & gas company, not a real estate developer :-)

    If the land at Niobrara is valued at $2-3000/acre, its because the value of oil underneath the surface is a lot more than that. I vote we drill it out & make a lot more than $100M...
