When they announce their first licensing agreement of the technology and provide details of royalty forecasts Riv-strap.
Their patent applications are just that - applications for now. I imagine we'll get a nice spike from their patent approvals - in about 8 years!
Until they start bedding down these licensing agreements they're an R&D company burning cash (albeit at a very reasonable rate). And being a public company, WITHOUT patent protection (currently), all their R&D announcements become inspiration for competitors.
IMO? They're not a going concern until they commercialise their product with at least heads-of-agreement (I understand they're working on securing these but we all know a deal's not a deal until it is). Until then, the market is waiting to see if they get ripped off and rolled over on the big nutraceuticals contracts.
