    Mr Magooagain: good post. As you said, very big, very wealthy companies - so why not just use some of that wealth to takeover OBJ? That is if the product is up to scratch.

    All of the big drug companies are very conscious of their legal obligations - and all of them have been burnt before in legal stoushes of some kind. Why would you go through the hassle of a potentially drawn out legal confrontation, that leaves the product concerned in limbo and not making money for you, when you could just stump up a bit of cash and drop it on OBJ and get control of it and its product?

    Actually that is unlikely - what is much more likely is a Pfizer or someone like that wanting to go JV with OBJ if the science stacks up for its rapid delivery product. OBJ's product also has a low regulatory hurdle, and I doubt very much if it will be eight years before their product comes onto the market.
