The price action on pdn has been something to behold.
On one side, a company poised for turn around based on new contracts and headlines of India to come online.
On the other side.. Well timed articles about potential debt covenants by an active shorter of the stock.
Go figure.
Technically pdn sitting on/ hugging the descending upper trend line in place since may.
Stochastics in oversold.
I am punting we are near a short term bottom here.
