Have been keeping an eye on RFG, as there may be value here.
The thing holding me back from pulling the trigger, is that in my opinion, there are only a couple of brands in RFG worth potentially investing in. Michelle's Patiserrie and Donut King have been declining businesses for years, and I do not see a turnaround occuring, especially with the likes of krispy kreme dominating the donut market.
This leaves, Crust Pizza and Gloria Jeans. Crust seems like a solid, stable business. And it'll be interesting to see if the drive through concept for GJs can bring meaningful change to the business.
Will continue to keep on watchlist for now.
