What a nice little paragraph, a pool of HALEU coming from Centrus, Orano or GLE. In my opinion, this function is a must. The letter written by SMR developers to NEI in June last year high lights the desperate need for reliable HALEU supply. some thing has got to crack soon, this talk needs to turn to action ASAP if the don't want to stall the drive to produce the next generation of reactors and it's fuel. Global carbon reduction needs this work desperately.
