Share prices don't always rise only on announcements. In fact, the share price of PSD has fallen since before a series of positive announcements. It's been buying sprees by big investors that have delivered the biggest rises for PSD. For these there is no announcement and the buying occurs over weeks or months. As for limiting PSD to 5-10%, at the moment I'm at about 40%, and I'm seriously thinking of lifting that to 60% while the price is .80 to .90.
