CLX getting serious about the future which should be good for shareholdders
CTI Logistics has signed a 10-year lease with Frasers Property Industrial to develop a 27,417 square metre facility at Premium Estate 4Ten Epping in Melbourne’s north for GMK Logistics(GMK).
The distribution centre will include a 26,407 square metre warehouse and a two-storey office of more than 1,000 square metres, which will support GMK in storing and distributing their flooring products.
The facility has been designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built v1.3 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia and will include a minimum 150kW solar array, rainwater harvesting, internal and external LED lighting, and landscaped outdoor area.
