Time to put this on your watch list as I believe this well run IT company is getting set for a Break Out !!
It has some great contracts in place with local governments and other multi national companies and has paid a fully franked dividend consistantly for the past few years.
The share price has had a steady rise over the last few weeks and is back to the levels it was about 2-3 years ago.
It has been hovering in the 90 cent region for the last week or so and is looking set to break the $1 mark. Once it does I believe it will quickly race up to the $1.25-$1.30 region.
