Smartt's recent purchase of shares was only $5000. That is 4% of his 109k cash salary from FSE last year. It doubled his ordinary share stake in the company.
The directors share $400,000 this year and the CEO gets $400,000. That $800,000 is almost half the companies cash at bank.
