    CSM announced that commodity prices have dropped substantially over the past quarter but anticipate a pick up in the second half which would mean they would achieve projected profits for FY '06.

    They also stated their spending $100 million over the next couple of years on exploration and mine development.

    The combination of both statements has frightened investors who are dumping.
