No one can say for a fact what the FY18 guidance will be so can't say if it's factored into its share price.
In my opinion though i think most of that is already factored in based on some numbers I've run including the massive ramp up in production synlait will be doing in FY 18.... but you never know there could be some positive surprises from the US/UK growth and others such as expanding into new market or products which no one really knows.
