If the rumours are true then if I was a director I would be buying up so as to protect the company's value, should a low ball offer be made.

But I think it would be tough for such an offer to get too much traction with shareholders as the price hasn't been down in the 30's for very long. More holders (like me) would have a higher average price, thus seek a higher return from the company.

Management screwed up by over promising with the mine start up..... but I believe they are making a geniune effort to right their wrongs.

By getting the smart people on board to get production numbers up ASAP was a good start.
