I think regardless of what the matter is or what the time frame is the legal costs will be at least $500k win or lose. This is material for a company that constantly has to raise money and rarely has more than $2m in the bank. But most importantly it speaks volumes about the attitude they have towards continuous disclosure and shareholders in general. The company is run for the benefit of Giles and Johnson.
