My understanding is that the $70 Mil needed was to be through the banks. Correct me if i am wrong but there will not be share dilution for pre production work, hence the reason why they need to do defined drill work at SC - "its for the banks". PS they still dont completely know what SC holds let alone RD, MORE TIME IS NEEDED, Regards all, RD
