So if ex-dividend date is Wed 4th March, that means you have to own or buy shares buy close on Tue 3rd March, right?
Or do you have to buy 3 days earlier to get them registered as being yours? or is that what the record date day is for?
Can you still hold the shares just overnight to get the divvy like you used to?
