Haven't got a link for that report have you skitz? I'm surprised they haven't slapped it on their website.Releif for pog looks a long way off imo. Only solution there is if some speculators enter the market. Otherwise she looks stuck around 4$. I think it got down to about 3$ before they did the shut ins last year so should be safe there.
