The question of manufacturing ATMs is an interesting one. There was some good commentary in the ICP annual report to the effect that they saw the ability to manufacture, and hence roll out at will, as the main impediment to fast growth. Hence the deal with Neo. If you can design and build your own ATMs to order, without having to rely on a third party, you have removed a significant expense and overcome a major obstacle to virtually unlimted growth. This appears to be something CUS needs to address.
