looks that way.....very tightly held but to the few sellers out there - well all i can say is they havent got a clue really.
only crazy folk would sell now and at this price.
strongly believe insto's will be buying into this in the short term. once we see progress this will become more active and much off screen buying will occur.
Chinese further involvement and investment to follow.
