Try reading the title of the spreadsheet. "NEW COAL FIRED POWER" They are all new build which means that China knows its needs these for the lomg term.

As I have factually stated, China has built 1,000,000 MW of coal fired power since the year 2000. You cry LIAR LIAR but the facts are right there in front of your eyes!
