Hi Zip, FAR be it for me to say what someone's dream car should be but the z4 with the 35I engine (straight 6 twin turbo) can propel the z4 at a decent 4.8 seconds in 0-100.
Mercedes make a very nice looking car in similar configuration (roadsters) and I'd be comparing them. Haven't looked at a 2 door in a while as I'm doing the family taxi driver role for a while. I am fond of Maseratti or Aston Martin in the sports car spaces. Maybe one day but I'm probably too sensible and unlikely to splurge that much unless we get to that dollar party
