i posit that this depends on what your investment requirements are. if you are trying to make money through trading, then sure, you shouldn't sit around.
if you are just looking for a place to park your money, i can't see why not. it's a safe stock which has taken a hammering due to market perception, not fundamental flaws. excellent buy.
