Let me rephrase the question then - they are initially targeting oil at a specific depth. How long before we know how much oil will flow, or alternatively that there isn't enough and they proceed with the gas option?

What I'm getting at is that there seems to be an expectation from some posters that as soon as we reach the target depth there will be some news regarding success or otherwise. I doubt that they would know immediately but am happy to be corrected.
