I would be very confident they are running the 9mm choke as announced. These companies seem to have a huge latitude with in house accessments and forward looking comments but I do not think the CEO is going to lie about something as concrete as a choke size. Getting pinged for telling porkies like that would end you up in court and pretty much finish a career.
The numbers seem to be consistent with what they are saying (at much lower rates than earlier predictions) so its going to be very interesting to see how Moyes juggles the numbers.
