What difference will it make to the world at large whether CFD platforms operate or not ?
Net-Net, all the money is contributed by CFD customers, and then redistributed, after the provider takes their cut.
Therefore, on aggregate the expected return is negative.
You may well argue that this does not concern you, because you always win, and you are a happy CUSTOMER, and there will always be someone else who will lose and underwrite your profits.
But then again, they all say that.
The second point is that there is nothing you can do as a CFD customer, that you cannot achieve directly, and much more cost efficiently with long/short stock and cash/debt poistions. Who needs more mouths to feed (eg CFD providers)
