The costs you have listed are all costs that have to be incurred by any normal sharebroker so I can't see what the difference is with a CFD provider?
Anyway, why bother analysing what costs the CFD provider incurs? Its irrelevant...the important point is that the costs they charge to the clients....ie. us....the traders.....are lower.
I still haven't seen anywhere that I can get the level of leverage for that price.
In fact you can't even get that leverage at any price unless you are an institutional client.
