    They are working on delivering a deal with one or more of the oil giants in Santos / Campos Basin Brazil, and the bureaucracy to get a deal finalised takes time. I would imagine that there are many things to thrash out, which can mean more and more time is required, but doesn't indicate that anything has fallen over.
