I disagree with your assertion of, "For India to work for GEV, we need to supply gas from Middle East sources, and the US-Iran trade embargo will make it difficult for cross border transportation."
However, I do agree with your statement that, "GEV's first successes are more likely to originate out of Brazil or Sth East Asia."
The ME can work without Iran, who's kidding who, there's plenty of hydrocarbons being transported from the ME notwithstanding Iran trying to screw the world up; however, from a shareholder, financier and market perspective, Brazil & SE Asia carry MUCH less sovereign risk than the ME.
The boys are going to get a deal or 2 sooner rather than later and than we'll all be kicking ourselves for not selling our children to load up even further at current levels.
