I bought 35.5 today and have a little more there under 35.0 in case the seller returns.
Estimated cost of building ships is still subject to the final version of the specifications. However .... At the Melbourne Investor Presentation last month, in front of about 20-25 brokers and investors, MB stated (to my genuine surprise at the time) that in his opinion, EBITDA for the Atlantic Project would be in the range of $100-$120 mil.
I bought 35.5 today and have a little more there under 35.0 in...
