If CQT had all the resource sitting above the ground with no debt and someone to buy it the I would pay $1.10 a share. Unfortunately this is not the case and there is still a long way to go.
You will recievce $1.10 for your share if you hang around from start to finish...which I dont/didnt intend to do.
