How about the loyal share holders as myself who invested the personal savings and most of the SMSF funds with the vision and future of this company before the GFC hit us ...? Why we should accept this offer and take the losses now when we waited for the GFC come to the end and for shares to recover (which probably IMO will happen now otherwise no one will offer to take over the company).
Would the directors recommend to accept the 0.055 cent take over if they will be in loss???
Some of us loyally waited and reinvested for years with this company, why should we now take the loss, after years of holding trough the bad time...I must say I'm not impressed and I will VOTE NO!
GFC's come and go and yes they are paper losses for years during this period, but they were nothing against what is happening now to us loyal shareholders - permanent loss of our savings - just because off the "exceptional" 0,055 cent take over offer especially now when we should be out from the worsts!!!
