Timely, when I criticise management, I'm talking about these types of cases...

1. The duster mishap with the initial exploration well at NV in February 2009, which would have especially stung shareholders because that well was the best part of over a year in the making.

2. Breached loan facility agreements with Macquarie Bank in March 2009

3. The continual lengthy suspensions that the stock went into over the past few years because of financial worries.

4. The perhaps misleadingly bullish gas strike announcements for Sagers 1 and Clifton Lands in late 2010 when it wasn't yet determined if the wells were marketable.

Let's hope that we don't see these sorts of things happening this year.
