like most companies, they will benifit enormously if they can get the oppies in the money as it gives them a big cash injection
expect consolidation after the oppies expire which is only 1 and a 1/2 years
Also a lot of the so called sophiscated investors were given oppies and if the co was to consoldate before expiry then the sophs would be pissed and would never deal with them again
