D.D, Howdy ~ While the News about EV and the ever augmenting demand for REE is reaching a fever pitch, and the reasonable thought of the Chinese possible move to sleep with the devil in the mountains of Afghanistan, this proposition is not sufficient news to move the dial in GML SP, in my opinion! However, if there is news in the offing that have not yet been made public but is privy to select few, it could be a reason for the SP rise! For example: If recent or ongoing meetings between GoG and GML are yielding positive results and progressing towards an ML approval, leaked intel could be making its way through trading desks? Again, I am only speculating here!
