Depends if you are talking the mineral or chemical concentrate.
Mineral concentrate as soon as the roads are in and port is ready.
Chemical will needs to be once the facility its constructed. As to how long that would be is anyones guess. Id say another 12-24 months (best and worst case scenarios). But who knows how much of a head start GGG may make prior or how slow getting equipment into Greenland may be.
I will try find out though.
