Since when hasn't cash been an asset? With about $12m in cash, and information now that the damages and costs are not 'limited' as was stated by Rod, a significant % of cash is now at risk. That % could be at least 10%+. There is also further ongoing fees tro be incurred both in England and Australian court cases.
Meanwhile the share price continues to fall as there is no clarity and apparently errors in announcements in regards to the limited/unlimited risk of court costs/damages, and by the looks in the accounts as well not adding up.
