Trading in confined channel of 12 to 14 cents appears to be a swap between holders.
In my humble opinion, stakeholders take positions prior to a deal between parties.
This should go on until percentages of ownership are reached.
A stake of Shenghe plus US interests is the most likely outcome, as I see it.
In that context, see price range quickly change without warning to a new target zone of 15 to 17 cents.
