Your "facts" are wrong.
Here is the official tuition schedule for all University of California Systems schools:

A year of Nursing School tuition at UC-Davis is $11,442 basic fee plus $12, 186 professional school fee for a total of $23,628 per YEAR.
Cost of living needs to be added to this, but that usually runs under $15,000, for a total of $43,628.

In the USA, per our Constitution, the only votes that count are in the Electoral College. Popular vote means nothing. Repeat: NOTHING.

BTW, if you exclude California, where Trump DID NOT EVEN CAMPAIGN, he won the popular vote in the other 49 states by 1.3 million votes.

In 2020, Trump plans a 50-state strategy, so expect him to win the meaningless popular vote just to shut up the democrats.

In 2016, only two major polls got the results correct. All of the others were wrong by a lot. The reason there are no "A+" democrats running against Trump in 2020 is that the internal polling (accurate) shows Trump winning in a landslide because of the excellent economy, record low unemployment, tough immigration stand and the "America First" foreign policy.
