I think you'll find that its still a capper and he was trying to hold off the demand with his order but decided that there was too much demand and took it out himself and then put on alot of sell orders around 3.1c to 3.2c to dampen the run. Fake buy orders now getting placed from daytraders trying to push this up. Gonna be a big battle today between day traders and accumulators. Lets see who wins. Please DYOR.
