I love how so many ppl have such different points of view about this.

I get this feeling that many impatient investors just want word on the PB and thats it. I realistically think the main reason behind this is the legal over hang that is currently going on. Once the date expires, next month on so( cant remember) I think news will start to flow.

As for the most recent announcement I like it. GGP are spreading their interests and not putting all of their eggs in one basket. How you can make an assumption that this is because the PB has gone to crap I have no idea. You need to sit back relax and just hold hold hold. This time next year things will be quite different just don't get impatient.
