jv or no jv the market needs to see a marked increase in flow rates to justify a rerating.
with current cash and cash generation we can get thete easily without thr hori.
think about it, people buying around 1c can see light at the end of the tunnel picking up the weak hands who bought in for jv or pb hype reasons.
