    Hi acreage,

    I dare say that the legals would have been the main bugbear and not to get tied up in them. As it is Terrace had enough of their own problems with their partners and that caused friction and late production. Least to say GGP due Diligence didn't pick this up and they got caught in the middle and had to sell.
