I guess a part of their (IG) problem in responding to emails, is they first need a basic check to weed out possible GGP related parties. If they just handed out all information to anyone that emails them then potentially they are feeding information to the enemy and helping them to counter the case.

In time it wont matter as the case goes to court and evidence needs to be submitted in advance. But until then you wouldnt play your hand.

Their was a successful 249D recently with BCC although they had their own issues with the validity of the notification and the typical opposition from existing directors. It's never an easy task overthrowing a board even partially.

Their may still be an opportunity for the same or different requisitioning group to try again with GGP. Certainly the 0.1c is favourable in gaining a large blocking stake and conducive to having more disgruntled shareholders than this time last year.

Their cant be too many holders sitting at 0.1c and thinking things are rosey and nothing needs to change.
