Hi there V8,

"IMO what we need is to know that we actually have UNENCUMBERED rights to our Permian assets."

I have posted CR's response to my concerns regarding the 25% claim.To me that is now dead and buried as the company believes it was not transferable with our purchase of the project/land. Others have posted that if there was any conjecture regarding this topic,then others wouldn't touch our JV with a barge pole.

I'm feeling very at ease with respect to this topic.
